That stinks. I'd suggest contacting Google support and request a call.
They have always been really helpful for me and have spent tons of time
on the phone trying different things.
hmm...hard to say if having a Samsung complicates the matter vs. an
Android TV such as my Sony. A year ago, saying the words 'set' or 'turn'
the tv volume to xxx did in fact work, then it stopped working. I found
the solution to be saying simply 'Hey...
So if you say just the words "Hey Google, TV Volume 37" what happens?
Also what is the name of your TV? Are you trying to control the TV or
the Roku? If a ROKU then that is probably a very different beast than
the issues discussed in most of this thr...
I don't disagree at all...but unfortunately it is what it is and this
