Just had same issue as everyone else, spent 2 hours with tech support only to be told it was out of warranty. What a big POS! 25 months it worked and then just stopped out of the blue…SMH. What else are people buying?

They just told me the same thing. Mine is only 2 years old. Very disappointed with their customer service!
