Hi. My Nest Thermostat is 18 months old and the Heat Link has stopped
working. No lights showing. It's within the 2 year warranty period. How
can I get this replaced?
Hi. I rang Google Support in the UK and they replaced the Heat Link
under warranty. It is concerning though that this component would break
in as little as 18months. I hope this is not something that will happen
in another 18 months time!
