I'm not native English speaker so I might be wrong here.I think this issue is related to English language itself and not the settings on the Nest.I never heard anyone say James Bond agent "Double Zero Seven" but rather "Double Oh Seven".

What do you mean?The 4 lights on the Nest Mini are not lighting up? Or you can't control your home lights by voice commands on you Nest Mini?

TBH, I don't see this app launcher mentioned anywhere on the official website.Apparently this app Launcher is not official so I'm not counting on any help from Google representatives.
