Hi, the sound has randoml started working  I did try the factory reset and the sound still works. The only issue I have now is that the stream keeps stopping. Do you know if there is a way to keep the stream going?

The sound on mine randomly started working again the other day. Still have the issue with the stream stopping, then like you say back to home and say show nursery and comes back on
