Nest camera won’t charge

Hello,Just one of my nest cameras won’t charge - went flat, plugged it it, but it just won’t charge - says “offline due to battery issue”.It’s not the charger/cord/plate - it charged the other camera fine.I have reset it and didn’t help.thanks 
