Nest camera won’t charge

Hello,

Just one of my nest cameras won’t charge - went flat, plugged it it, but it just won’t charge - says “offline due to battery issue”.

It’s not the charger/cord/plate - it charged the other camera fine.

I have reset it and didn’t help.

I tried everything. They ended up replacing it. Was really quick
