Hi when installing my Google nest doorbell with the wedge plate. The
small screw to screw in the plate to the wedge broke in the hole. Any
idea on what I can do to make sure this is secure or remove the screw?
Hi BradI spoke with support and they said they couldn’t do anything. If
you could get me a new backplate I can use my own screws to install it.
Could you please get me in contact with someone that can help me with a
wedge back plate replacement?
