We have moved to a new home. Please visit the Google Home & Nest Community to connect with other users, ask questions, and explore the new space.
The App indicates that it is offline but the thermostat says it is
online. I have downloaded a new app restarted, etc multiple times.
Basically I followed all of the directions and the app still does not
work. Pls provide guidance
I called Google and they walked me through the the fix. It amounted to a
restart of the software connected to the thermostat using the QR code. I
don’t believe it was done probably when installed. Hats off to Google
