I had exactly this. "we will get back to you within 24 hours". Two weeks later.... Nothing!

No, it doesn’t really surprise me.Over a week now and still nothing from them! 

Well so much for the “we’ll update you in twenty four hours”. Three days later and I haven’t heard a thing. 
