Really pathetic response from Google/Nest on this. I feel completely misled and wouldnt have bought 6 of these cameras if I knew their support would be so terrible. Unacceptable really.

Is this confirmed or just opinion? I would like to send this to google for support and try to get it fixed if this is the case. Have noticed there are no updates for the app anymore but why would they want to get rid of it?
