Google Nest Community

Someone needs to make Google aware how unhappy their customers are, and how they are damaging their brand.

You all can't possibly still be 'working' on this and not have diagnosed and resolved the issue... what is going on at the 'King of Tech' that has you all stumped? This is horrendous customer care, especially in thsi day and age of WFH...come on Goog...
