Hi Brad, The issue is still there. Due to the lack of an online environment for the battery doorbell third party is not able to connect. So again please add the battery doorbell to the nest app.

Hey Brad, That's the problem!! It doesn't work with the nest environment! Just put the new doorbell in there and the problem is solved! Currently only the wired versions can be added.

Hi Brad, we still need help. The problem is that with not using the nest app with the doorbell battery, smartthings isn't connected anymore. Simply restarting would not work as it's a compatibility issue. So please add the doorbell battery to nest or...

Same issue here. I bought a Samsung family hub fridge and a new battery doorbell from nest. Only the old wired versions seem to work... Come on guys this is crazy
