took was to hold the Heat Link button in for 30 seconds (not 20 as it
states everywhere else) and then it connected with the Thermostat which

I have the same issue. H71 reset, switched off - got the nest to work
but still has not connected to the heat link - just stopped working out
of the blue! Now have the heat link flashing blue and the nest
'pretending to work'
