Google is working on merging the Nest app with the Google Home app.
There's currently no specific date as to when the app merge is supposed
to happen. As for the Nest Aware subscription you can try going to
store.google.com, click your Google Profile...
Are you using Starlink's own router or Google/Nest WiFi router? As for
the devices, you can try narrowing it down to the IP addresses located
within the settings for each device via the Google Home app. From my
experience I can't view our smart light...
Can you factory reset the Nest WiFi router? There should be a reset
button located on the bottom of the router. Also make sure the
modem/router is setup to bridge mode.
Can't the Google WiFi puck be setup wirelessly? If so, you might have to
set it up near the first puck in order to get it to work. After setting
it up to your network you can then hardwire it to your switch located in
the basement.
