Nest Thermostat not showing temperature on iPhone just plain screen

I have a nest thermostat and the app installed on my iPhone and iPad. There is no longer a temperature display showing which prevents me from changing it. the thermostat tells me that it is connected to wifi and shows my location etc

Hi Ryani still have the same problem. The app knows where I am but still not temperature showingq
