I have a nest thermostat and the app installed on my iPhone and iPad. There is no longer a temperature display showing which prevents me from changing it. the thermostat tells me that it is connected to wifi and shows my location etc

Hi Tilleyb,
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
I'd like to try some steps to help you further. Try to foreclose the app and relaunch it. If it is still doing the same thing, check for updates for Google Home app or Nest app. You could also try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure to restart your thermostat and Wi-Fi router as well.
Let me know how it goes by replying to this thread.
Best regards,
Ryan

I have the same problem with the Nest app not showing the temperature dials on my phone to change the temp. I have no idea what they are talking about when they ask about migration.
