I have the same issue with one of my nest minis. I started as a nuisance
and gradually got worse over about a month time span. Many times it
would respond with "please wait while I get connected to wifi". I did
several factory resets but it did not c...
This is very frustrating. I just replaced a nest hub that had a screen
go bad and when I went to adjust the ambient offset, I discovered the
issue. I looked at the ambient offset for another nest hub and the
ambient offset was set at the 4th position...
Same problem. Went to check network and no wifi icon in the home app.
Google is losing my confidence. I hae to trash a $250 wifi setup just
because I can't administer it anymore. The hardware is fine. Sad.
