Heat Link power off

Hello,I’m unable to connect my thermostat to the Heat Link, so I have no heating. No lights are on the Heat Link, or come on after trying to reset it. It was installed along with a new boiler in July 2019.I’d be grateful if someone would help me.Rob

A replacement Heat Link was installed & everything is back to normal again. Thanks.

Unfortunately the override button doesn’t work. The Heat link appears to be dead. Not great for a 2 year old product.
