Hello,
I’m unable to connect my thermostat to the Heat Link, so I have no heating. No lights are on the Heat Link, or come on after trying to reset it. It was installed along with a new boiler in July 2019.
I’d be grateful if someone would help me.

This seems to be a common problem. If you use a mobile phone to charge up you thermostat and then do the 5 second reset do you get the N.72 no power fault?
If you hold down the over-ride button on the heatlink do you get anything then?
If not then I suspect the heatlink has died.. to check you can remove the face-plate (has screw to release it at the bottom) and use a multimeter to check the voltages across the wiring terminals BUT only do this if you are use to working with mains powered electrical circuits. The wires are live and can kill you with an electric shock if you are not careful.

Unfortunately the override button doesn’t work. The Heat link appears to be dead. Not great for a 2 year old product.

Hi @Rob_E . I am sorry to hear you are facing difficulties with your thermostat. I would be happy to try and assist.
Thanks for the suggestion @SeanWitham . It is always good to check if the power is ok. Checking the breakers and switches at the location would generally be enough, to make sure nothing has tripped. Of course if possible and with the required knowledge checking it directly is certainly a possibility as well.
Let me know if you still need assistance with your thermostat @Rob_E and sorry for the late reply.
Best regards,
ALexD
