Nest thermostat can’t connect to WiFi

My network setting says “Your thermostat has a problem and is unable to connect to wi-fi.” Have gone through all troubleshooting resets but nothing. I have two other thermostats which connect perfectly well so know it’s not my WiFi.

HiYes I still have the same issue - it is a w5 error saying that the thermostat has a fault and can’t connect to wifi
