I just purchased a nest and the app says my system is not compatible but
it is a brand new HVAC and it is not high voltage. Can anyone fill me in
on why my system isn't compatible? Bonus points if you a know a way to
make it compatible.
So I went through the set up and got a message that none of the wires
were connected then a message that the c wire wasn’t getting power. All
of the wires were in. I turned the power off and on again. Got the same
message.
