I have the exact same problem. I tried to start the hot/cold mode of the
thermostat for the first time this season. The ac started, at least

I just turned on the heating/cooling option and the system became
unresponsive with error code 103. I am seeing all sorts of answers.
There is a 13 minute youtube video, but the comments there leave some
doubt. Did anyone above finally resolve it?
