Hi I have been using my chromecast for last 2 years but from yesterday
it’s like I am not able to cast any thing because cast icon is not
reflecting , chromecast reset button is not doing anything and white
stable light is reflecting

chromecast still shows a fixed white light with no casting icon on any
appcan we connect or raise any ticket
Hi Jennifer,1. I tried casting using Amazon prime box and that casting
application like YouTube etc is working2. my chromecast is only
reflecting white solid light always ( even after pressing the reset
button for 30-40 seconds the light did not chan...
