Can’t switch on AC, Nest support company in Romania vanished

Hi, we have Nest in our home to control both heat and cooling. Cooling does not work now - googlehome says it cannot connect to device and the nest service company that we used in Romania disappeared. What can we do?

It was working perfectly. Then we switched to heating during the winter so no longer ac/cooling was used and now the system sees them as offline
