Nest heat link has no lights

Nest thermostat not firing boiler. Have reset fully. Still not firing. Took a look at nest heat link box and no lights on it?! What does this mean as there is power to it. HELP!

Thermostat looks as if its working...BUT ITS NOT!

Nest thermostat doesn't turn on boiler, yet radiators in other zone (not controlled by nest) work fine. HELP!
