Days later and it still seems like disabling QoS solved the issue. No problems with video conferences either

I've been having almost the exact some problem. Fios is usually 700-800 Mbps, but occasionally it gets really slow and fast.com reports < 100 Mpbs. Running a speed test through the Google home/wifi app on my android device instantly fixes it. I have ...
