Dear Archie,Apologies for the delayed response. I checked the settings as you advised and can confirm that Location permissions are enabled for Nest app. However, the issue with login still remains.Attached please find the screenshots of the settings...

Hi Archie,Thanks for the response. I couldn't locate location permissions for nest app at all. My android version is 11 (phone is a OnePlus) and nest version is 5.68.0.2.Thanks!
