I can't set a timer in Japanese, which is set as my secondary language.
This used to work, then stopped working. I see another user has
complained about the same, but with Dutch as the secondary language.
I do still need help. My speaker has updated firmware... Technical

An engineer responded to my support request and said that it was a
firmware problem and that an "over the air" fix was being rolled out,
with no certain fix date given. Unfortunately, the problem has still not
yet been resolved.
