I have done all Google suggestions but I still can't get a WiFi
connection to my chromecast don't know what version of cast it is.
Literally everything is done factory reset WiFi rebooted everything is
done but still won't find wifi
Well considering the instructions you've given me are exactly the same
as I've said I've already done then I'm not doing great at all. I have
thrown the chronecast in the bin now as it's obvious it's pointless
