Old email, can’t get into account

Hello! I tried the advice to a similar thread. I think I need live assistance to reset my nest password. There’s no getting back into the old email.

Actually, I put in the right password and then the verification code is sent to the old email.

hello! I can’t migrate because it’s can’t login to the app because the password reset is associated with my old, inaccessible email.

Hello! yes, I cannot access my account. The forgot password goes to an old account without anyway of gaining access. I’m not sure if it’s migrated. I don’t think so since I’ve been locked out for a while.
