We have moved to a new home. Please visit the Google Home & Nest Community to connect with other users, ask questions, and explore the new space.
At this point it's pretty clear Google has decided it's too expensive to
fix this issue so their goal is to string us along for as long as
possible and hope we move on.
Everyone still needs assistance with this. The only people that don't
are the people who bought other hardware or (like me) sullied their
house by running ethernet through it. Kind of defeats the purpose of a
Mesh 'Wifi' system.
Happening to me as well. It makes WFH impossible, throwing this system
in the trash (I don't feel comfortable reselling something broken) and
never buying Google hardware ever again.
