Single Y/Y2 Wire on Old Thermostat

My old thermostat had a single wire for Y and Y2.. labeled Y/Y2.. I'm assuming I just wire it up to the Y port on the Google Nest thermostat, but it's not cooling properly.Should it be wired into the Y2 port? Any help is greatly appreciated. Kinda ho...
