Mist likely the issue is NOT Nest related.Im no expert but i would try
resetting the Nest to eliminate any current settings. Then only use it
as an OFF/ON switch, NO learning, NO eco etc. If your unit turns on/off

Im not an expert BUT i can suggest you disable all “ learning” functions
of your nest and use it only as a thermostat. Turn off “eco” etc. , this
