Yes, I responded at the end of the thread here. I think I probably
replied in the wrong order but it’s at the bottom of the comments. I’m
all set. It wasn’t a Nest issue.
It turns out that it was not my Nest either. The repair person
accidentally leaned on my unit and it became tilted. The water wasn't
draining any longer and the unit went into safety shut off. It would
still run but not cool. Nothing to do with Nest....
