who do I call? I cannot find a contact number and get a big run around trying to use the online support.

I have reset the thermostat, reset the modem, tried everything. Very frustrated. How do I CALL somebody?This thing was purchased July 21, 2021. Less than a year and trouble with the unit.Please send me a replacement.Bob McCreight
