Hi community, i just purchased a Google Hub Max and the screen froze
after completing a Google Duo call. I had to unplug it and then it was
working again. many one experiencing the same issue? Thank you for your

Hi Muddi, This situation happened in Montreal, Canada, and happened
once. Since then, I haven’t tried it again. I’m not sure what firmware
is installed because I purchased it for my parents and I don’t live in
the same city as them. Thank you

finished a Google Duo call the screen froze even when the camera was
still on. I’m wondering if I should return it?
