if 3rd generation nest shows 24 v power on wires before connection but
shows no power and voc and vin 0.02 vin 8 ma, is the issue thermostat or

Same issues suddenly appeared when attempted to switch AC (separate
system from heat and have C to AC) on. Worked fine for years. Bottom
line, is Google responding to all of this, and will a new gen 3 bought
last night work if connected? Thanks
