Nest won’t control heat pump cooling. Old Honeywell t-stat has a metal jumper between Y1 and W1. With yellow wire to Y1. White wire goes to W2. Cannot find the right wiring config on the Nest that will control cooling. Changed heat pump orientation ...

Here is the current wiring configuration. I have tried the white wire in W1, but aux heat will not kick on unless the white wire is in W2. My issue is less about heat and more about the inability to get any cooling.
