My nest wired doorbell is looking pretty raggedy! The plastic coating has started to peel off and looks all dingy and gross. This is unacceptable for such a spendy device! My device is out of warranty so I’m just out of luck?

Nothing you said helped me unfortunately my familiar faces were gone when I had to update my device.

This is absolutely ridiculous you should be able to bring it back or carry it over to updated devices! I see many complaints about this it needs to be fixed! You should listen to your customers!
