I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t recover familiar faces on an account that had to replace their doorbell! This is a huge flaw in your system! Your system just demented everything! I’ve had my account since 2018 and now it’s have to start from scratch! My daughter passed away and now there’s no way to get those pictures back I’m so disappointed in your service or lack of service I should say! I have been paying for this for years!!! Maybe you need to listen to your consumers!
