Cam still records when I am home

I cannot get the camera to stop recording when I am home. It picks up people and records us. I have the assistant routine set up for home and away that seems fine. I have the location awareness on and it seems fine. What am I missing??

This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. I did restart and that seemed to clear the problem - we are up and running well now - thanks
