My google nest hub device is not working, and it does not obey the factory reset, the screen remains GI have tried all the reset options - I did get the screen to read factory reset - and countdown - but it than flips back to the G.

I have tried all the steps - it will go into a reset countdown but goes right back to the stuck Gst
