My google nest hub device is not working, and it does not obey the factory reset, the screen remains G
I have tried all the reset options - I did get the screen to read factory reset - and countdown -
but it than flips back to the G.

I’m having this issue as well. Have you recently had a power outage? As I am not sure if that is what happened with mine after the power was turned off then on again. I have the G on the screen but can’t reset either

Hi, I tried the fix and it went into recovery mode then countdown for resetting to factory settings. But then went back to screen with a G. What do I try next? I tried it a few times btw
