I figured out that one of the cables had been switched to a LAN port on
the Vivint router. Moved it to Wan and now able to use phones! This was
causing a "rogue server error" prior. Thx
We have tried resetting the network and even factory reset the phone. It
is clearly a problem with the Google wifi not available to the devices
(my husband has the same problem with his phone) how can I completely
reset the Google home system?
