It can't find any network (including my mobile hotspot). Just keeps spinning looking for networks. It's giving W5 error.

2.4 GHz. No router change. Has been working for the past 3 years. Have another Nest Thermostat in another room that works perfectly fine.Their Cust Support went through all the steps and told me to get a new one after only 3-4 years of use.

Saw the same issue and response! I have to now BUY a new thermostat because the warranty's for 2 yrs only.
