Just moved into an older home. The compatibility forum said I should be
good but when I purchase and try to set up the app tells me it is not
compatible. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks for your response! Though, I am confused as to why the online
compatibility questions stated the Nest would be compatible, and then
AFTER it was purchased and I attempted to go thru the steps is when I
got the message that it’s not compatible....
