My doorbell says Offline all night sometimes. I was blaming my wifi. It's not. I have RESET it by taking if off from the plate. Rebooted my phone. Rebooted wifi multiple times. It works for a few days then down again. Should I request a replacement ?...

So I called. My warranty has expired. They will send a new one if I allowed $129 plus tax to HOLD on my credit card of Google store until they receive and process the old thermostat. Uhhh NO

I thought it was working find. Nest told me it's having trouble getting power. Now I see Error. I think m33.I'm contacting on Monday. I will let you know if still need help after.

Thank you. Yes I have Nest aware. That worked. I didn't realize NEW CLIP would actually create a clip to add to my nest account. I guess to my nest aware.

I worked with Nest Customer service. They really tried. I learned where the factory RESET button was.It still wouldn't connect although my network at my house says YES its connected. But its 5g I read somewhere here or on the Google smoogle 藍... that...
