Google Nest Community

I can create a speaker group but it will not work. I have un grouped them and deleted my speaker group multiple times I tell hub max to play music on the named group and she says ok playing on the named group and it will not so I try doing it manuall...

my home hub max camera was working until july 21, now the icon on the right side has a camera with a line through it and google tells me the camera is off, i have tried everything in my settings to fix it, i have reset my router, and rebooted the hub...
