Hi Jeff, thank you. Still having issues. I am hoping to get a call arranged with WD, but both my drives do seem to be functioning, but will just not connect since the nest router was installed. Network switch is fine. It is very odd.

Thanks again, yes lights at both ends of the Ethernet cable, both WD My cloud devices make a sound as if they are trying the link up and the lights at the switch go off when i tried to restart the cloud devices and came on again when they were powere...
